We work with faculty to facilitate new modes of learning in topics as wide-ranging as architecture, engineering, history and sociology. With an immense collection displayed in the house itself, we provide a substantial teaching resource to offer faculty members and their students different points of access.
To begin a conversation, please contact our Team at least one month prior to your intended visit and provide as much detail as possible. Ideally, please include the objectives of your planned visit, the proposed date(s) and time(s), and the number of students that may be involved.
NUS Baba House is located at 157 Neil Road, a short walk from Outram Park MRT station.
Please contact our Team to arrange a visit and discuss your requirements.
More than 2,000 artefacts from NUS Museum’s four collections can be viewed online through the Museum’s Collections Online database along with reference and catalogue details. This includes items from the Straits Chinese Collection that is housed at NUS Baba House.
The online collection is intended to serve as a catalogue of artefacts and their salient details for research and reference. Access to specific pieces themselves can be arranged via a simple application.
